The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions with stunning rooms ideal for short stays. While the service could be more friendly and efficient, the dining experience offers a decent variety of options. The location is excellent for getting around, and the facilities are satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were lovely and smelt amazing and had everything we needed, including actual coffee mugs and decent coffee. However, waiting until 3:27 pm for our luggage was a bit inconvenient. The room, with no view and surrounded by concrete walls, felt a bit boxed in, but the comfortable king bed and blackout blind ensured a peaceful night's sleep.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of town, just a 5-minute walk to Queen Street Mall. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, had a small issue with the stained rug and lack of basic cutlery. The service provided by the staff, especially Joy, Ping, and Tiny, was exceptional and truly made our stay wonderful. The dining options were delectable, offering a variety of delicious choices for different dietary needs. The hotel's facilities were well-appointed and satisfying, perfect for a pleasant stay in Brisbane.
The hotel has some really positive aspects like clean and comfy rooms with great entertainment options, but could improve on its service. The location is central and convenient, close to various attractions, shops, and dining options. The dining experience was mixed, with some high points but also room for enhancement.
The hotel was neat & compact, but a little dark as the view was hemmed in by highrises. It's great for 1 or 2 nights but definitely not for a longer stay. The service was kind, but the air conditioning was difficult to warm up. The location is perfect and easy walking distance to many attractions. The dining is good value, especially if it is part of your package.
The hotel was sleek and modern, offering a comfortable stay with all the modern amenities at a reasonable cost. The rooms were spotless and featured a wonderful view of the river, plus a very cozy and comfy bed. It's conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, making dining out a breeze.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were small but very nice, and the electronic blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. It's a great choice for couples or business travelers. However, there was some noise from other guests' doors slamming shut.
